Vehicle Information:
The information on the vehicle to be advertised MUST include:
- Car make
- Car model
- Price
- Year
- Odometer mileage or known mileage if greater
- MOT due date
- Engine capacity
- Fuel (petrol, diesel etc.)
- Transmission (automatic, manual etc.)
- Colour
- Number of doors
Vehicle Equipment:
The seller can also list brief details the vehicle's equipment. This could be items such as power steering, remote locking, ABS, CD player, alloy wheels, sunroof etc. etc. (up to 15 items).
Vehicle Description
This space can be used for the seller to add any other relevant information on the vehicle using up to 100 words
Seller Contact Details:
For our own records we require full contact details for the seller (and for the owner if different). The seller should also provide the contact details they wish to be published. The published details can also include other information such as the times and places the vehicle can be viewed if required.
Photographs:
Photographs should be provided in digital format with a minimum size of 550 x 370 pixels. We will accept larger files which we shall crop and resize as required at our discretion. We can scan from printed photographs but there will be an additional charge of £2.50 per photograph.
Photograph files can be accepted as e-mail attachments, on floppy, CD, DVD or most memory card types.
Submitting Your Advert:
The preferred method of submitting your advertisement is either by e-mail, as an e-mail attachment or on transportable media in a recognised format. Written copy may be accepted by post or fax (there may be wait for publication), however we regret that we are unable to accept copy by telephone.
Payment:
Payment must be made in advance of publication, by cheque or cash. We can also send a bill by e-mail which can be paid by credit card using secure internet payment.
